Health & Wellness Challenge! Round Twelve - Moving Right Along

With Round 12 I continue to exercise daily. This week I am working on increasing the speed of my morning walk. Next week I will then work on adding additional distance to the walk. I will also vary my walking routes to avoid boredom, using Spark People to map out my new routes. I am also starting to do some gardening and count that as part of my exercise.
