I have visited the Office Diet blog and checked out desk exercises for office workers. In the future I will be reaching for the sky doing 60 second aerobics. I have a set of little weights to do curls in my office which I will be using soon. However, using the stairs for exercise, taking 2 at a time can be extremely painful if you fall, so I will pass on that tip. I find that one of the best things about my day at work is being able to take a quick walk outside during breaks and lunch. As you can see by the picture the Jackson Branch has some great places to walk just outside the building.
