1. It's nice to read that there might be a positive effect from all that tea I drink. However, I don't think that I will be able drink 12 cups of tea per day. I guess I will have to wait for the cream to come out. I wonder if it will be like the effect of caffeine on migraines - it can cause them, but it also can be used to cure them.
2. I checked out the BMI calculator with the aolhealth link given. I also checked it out on Spark People http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calculator_bmi.asp In the calculation from the aolhealth it required waist measurement, but it did not require it on the calculator on Spark People - yet the results were the same on both.
I like eating more vegetarian meals. I've decided to eat vegetarian on the night that I work, that way I can add a 3rd night per week. Tonight I tried Kashi Ranchero Beans which was okay, but I wouldn't eat it again unless I was really starving.
