This round I am reading Eat More, Weigh Less by Dean Ornish. I had it at home, but never finished reading it.
I'm working on a new personal goal. We have been eating a vegetarian meal once a week for several months now. Starting this round I am increasing eating vegetarian to twice a week. I'm not announcing at home that I'm doing this. I going to concentrate on finding some new recipes and hope that I don't encounter any opposition at dinner time.
I joined the OCL Health and Wellness Challenge team on Spark People.
Another useful thing I found on Spark People is that you can print out instructions for new exercises that you want to try. That way I can have it in front of me when I try it.
