NetLibrary - Thing 12, part 1

I have helped customers use NetLibrary before.The hardest thing for them to find is the link to open an account. Otherwise I have found it easy to navigate. I had to set up a new account today because I couldn't remember my sign in information from several years ago. I do remember using it once from home to read part of a book. It is not my preferred method of reading and I doubt that I will use it for my reading after the Challenge (of course I will be happy to help a customer set up an account and use it).
